Scapa Beach

A decent day for an afternoon stravaig around Scapa and across to Wideford. Went to the Kirk cafe in the morning - there’s no end to this hedonism. I even had time when I got home to make a vegetable bake. This evening I am going to my mother’s (to show her my bruising) and I will drop the Current Mrs Creel off at Badminton in Hamnavoe.
