I went on my Kingfisher hunt today (also Tree creeper) as I saw my first ever Tree creeper yesterday in the same spot as I see the kingfisher.
I had a little extra time on my hands so I walked up and down the riverbank four times but didn't see either bird, so I went home a little disappointed.
The Robin I saw in my garden, not quite in focus, but then my camera doesn't focus now the spring has broken.
On a positive side, my foot is feeling a lot better, on a pain scale of 1 to 10 I would say its now only a 3, whereas a week ago it was a 9. So that has lifted my spirits a lot, it would be wonderful if I could return to my running. I just have to hold back until it is completely better but I find that difficult, I was never one to rest my injuries.
