No heckling please...

For the last few years I've been a volunteer at the Kendal Mountain Festival - the largest & best of its kind in the world. It's a joy to be aeound - 15-20,000 people who love the outdoors watching dozens of films, presentations and lectures - an event where most of the UKs mountain professionals gather to have a laugh in this little gap between our Summer and Winter seasons.
But this year....I'm now on the presenting team - standing in front of an audience, introducing the films (&directors/writers) & being the human link for the festival - not daunting at all then!

Tonight was the final briefing & opening sessions for some - tomorrow I launch the Adrenaline program, Saturday is Wild Water & Sunday is the biggee (for me) - Rock Climbing in the biggest venue, so excited!
