All At Sea

A morning up at the hospital with a psych nurse who explained exactly what will happen next week. I feel slightly better knowing more details.

Apparently my brain will get zapped with electricity through electrodes for one minute. Doesn't sound long but it is quite long in this instance I think. I can expect to have a banging headache and short term memory loss afterwards. I will be in recovery for 1/2hr and given something to eat and drink then back up to the ward.

This afternoon came home, went to the chemist to pick up my prescription and found a blip.
I spent the rest of the day on the sofa where my mood plummeted and I can't be bothered moving .
Is it only Thursday?
