Cheers Vero!

A sad start to the day with a trip to Mortonhall Crematorium to say goodbye to an old friend Frankie. There was a big turnout to see him off though, afterwards quite a few of us went on to the Phoenix to reminisce about a great guy who has gone far too soon. I'd have quite fancied a pint or two but I had to be in to work for a class at 3.15 so had a soft drink and a chat then headed down thanks to Robbie who also had to be back at work near mine and gave me a lift.

When I got in feeling a bit down I headed into the library to renew some books to find Vero had managed to ordered in the book I'd enquired about last Friday. A quick scan has suggested I'll probably just have to buy my own copy as it looks amazing and I'll not be able to just take it out on permanent loan.
