What a day!

It promised to be a great day looking at the sunrise

However
I was asked to go and check the lift alarm (the repaired lift that the firemen came out to 2 weeks ago) and guess what? It didn't work! And whilst I was in it testing the defunct alarm (that they only fixed on Monday) the lift doors closed, the lights went out and guess what? I was stuck. No alarm and surprisingly I didn't have a mobile phone with me. I was amazed at my level of panic. Luckily after only a few minutes the lift doors worked again. Traumatised! The rest of the day deteriorated from there. I'm beginning to fear Thursdays!
