stairs

On the way out of my dental appointment this morning I paused to take this photo from the top of the outdoor staircase. The building probably dates from the 1960's and I always feel nervous using the stairs. They shake quite a bit from the slightest motion and the handrails are only waist high and are made of very thin metal. It doesn't feel very safe to me.
