Sheep Yards at Greenpark

On the way back from work today I went out though Greenpark. A cattle underpass under construction on one of my usual routes (country life eh?) meant I cut back past the old school and these old sheep yards.

It was a very warm Nor'West day today, with temperatures in the valley getting up to 27.8ºC - according to my very reliable farmer next-door-neighbour - pretty hot for November.

I'm hoping the fine weather continues into tomorrow, but it's not looking likely. We're forecast hail, thunder and lighting, which I'm not too happy about as I'm shooting a wedding tomorrow in Christchurch. Keep your fingers crossed for me...!
