Going for the High Jump in Kuratau

Oh joy! We're here!
We drove down to Kuratau, on the shores of Lake Taupo, from Auckland today, all 11 of us. It's amazing the organisation needed to get a Family Travelling Circus on the road! It was really nice down by the lake when we arrived, but we're rather concerned about all the lenticular clouds - we've got an outside wedding to go to tomorrow!
I've only got dodgy wifi via a hotspot, so won't be commenting at all for a couple of days.
