Deceptively Beautiful Sunrise

This is when I peeked out from under my umbrella, sideways.
It was blowing quite strongly and raining when I first arrived, so tried it with the umbrella up against me which caused quite a bit of buffering. After the rain turned to mist, I left the umbrella up to dry it out, and found it gave quite good sun protection as well. My other fotos trying to show the turmoil all suffered from gusty hand-held shaking. The blowhole was creating lovely hanging mist pictures and crashing waves were plenty.

Kea didn't show til just before 11AM - me long gone.
