summer nights...

are great for BBQing....although I do know some who BBQ all year round...& you know its always going to be good because the meat is straight off the farm... Unfortunately I don't have that luxury - although I have a set of questions I now ask any butcher before I buy their wares.

The best thing about a BBQ is that anything cooked on it tastes great (well, when the person at the helm has the skill). After cleaning off the winter habitants we fired it up for our first taste of summer, on this the newest wave of hot days here on the coast....not scorching hot, but hot enough for here.

I like that meat, veggies & seafood all taste great without malingering after smell that can occur....
