Winter Greens

The Stevenage Golf Centre was looking decidedly wintry yesterday, but I did find it helped my game. The greens were so soft that if I could manage to land the ball on the green, it tended to stay there instead of bouncing off into the far distant horizon. I did lose one tee as I whacked a ball up the fairway on the 16th and we decided that it must have joined the Rosetta Explorer before ending up on a comet somewhere.
