I popped over to see our chum Graceila today to have a word about a project we're doing but she was off saving some ancient work of art from falling foul to the ravages of time, so it gave me the chance to have a few words, and a snap, with her colleague Ian.

The rest of the day was keyboarding, phoning and planning.

The new dieting regime is slowly starting, a good walk to the office, a light lunch and paella for dinner. I'll be blipping the scales next week
