Pareto was right
I have been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully several times but I think I have learned the reason why. I have told myself if I exercise I can eat as much as I like, however it doesn't work that way. I haven't been focusing on the 20% that matters, what I eat. I thought I would take a shot of a MacDonalds which is directly opposite the gym.
It has been great as my direct manager at work is on a health kick at the moment, he is eating very well and exercising heaps and shredding the kilos and has lost heaps of weight before, so this is helping me to eat better as well. Good ideas he has given me is counting your calories with CalorieKing.com.au a great site. As well as eating lots of good food and reminding me that what you eat is far more important than exercising. So Pareto was right 20% (eating) is 80% of the battle of losing weight (who would have thought :))
Morning started early with body pump at 6:00 was a great workout and came home to our little family. Melina had a catch up with a few of her friends tonight so it was a Daddy daughter night. Lily was good as usual very thirsty, she had nearly 3 bottles of milk! She was so cute she just fell asleep on the floor tonight, adorable, I should've captured that, ah well next time.
