In between showers...

... it was a colourless day.

I didn't have a lot of spare time and the tide was out so I went for a walk in the Careening Hard. Years ago they used to play water polo here at high tide.

I have to spend a big chunk of this afternoon trying to master my handbell ringing for a quarter peal attempt on Tuesday. A quarter peal is basically ringing for somewhere around 40 minutes to a specific pattern, with a bell in each hand. The problem is that my left hand doesn't know what my right hand is doing and my brain has no control over either hand. Just to add a smidgeon of difficulty you also have to watch what (a specific) one of the other bells is doing! If you couldn't follow that, then that makes two of us.

I'll be ready for my dinner and a big slug of wine this evening ;-))
