Väinö Linan - or Linnan square?

Väinö Linna was one of the most beloved Finnish authors. He lived here in Tampere, hence the square named after him.

It is strange how the rebellious shadows have remodeled his name...

This evening we had a walk around the city center and ended up at a new Belgian style bistro, August von Trappe, downtown. It looked quite quaint, the atmosphere was nicely rustic, not too fancy, so we decided to go there again tomorrow after work for some Belgian snacks and beer.
