Oven ready

In stride with HFLC, a pyrex dish filled with veggies, fresh herbs from the garden, olive oil infused with loads of garlic, salt and pepper, this veggie dish will soon find its way into a 180*C oven for one and half an hour . . . .

Not seen, was the egg fruit, sweet potato, halved onions, zuchinni at the botom of the dish . .

Yes, it was very good.

Served with a simple tomato salad, salmon with lemon, and some more olive oil, it was a feast on this Friday evening.
