Witamy!

Our friends, Kenny and Lorraine, invited us round for lunch today to meet up with their Polish friend, Pavel, who is visiting for the weekend. We enjoyed a Scottish lunch of haggis, neeps and mashed tatties, followed by a slice of the cake I made.

The cake itself had been easy to make - the layers being 'white' and red sponge - but, colouring the fondant icing from white through various shades of pink to red left my hands a bit like Lady Macbeth's! :)
