Test shot

with Kathy's legacy 35-200mm f3.5/4.5 (not the fastest) lens off the Nikon F2 (53 - 300 on the crop sensor of the D3100). The lens was manufactured by ProMaster Spectrum 7, a Japanese company. Silly me with no electronics in the lens it only works in manual. It's a solid metal build. It's been seven years since I last used this lens. Time has probably degraded it a little but it'll suit me for for my snap-shot purposes.

So today I'm a happy camper . . . and went out to play in the smoky (prescribed burns) air.
