I ❤️ Apple

I haven't blipped for yonks because I updated my iPhone to iOS 8.1 last week and it's wifi abruptly stopped working. Then my iPhone froze. Then it blacked out.

Anyhow, long story short, I've done numerous 'fixes' from various google searches. I've had a very long web chat with Jared from Apple. I've been to Stormfront in Truro. All with no success.

Today I went to Plymouth with Bella to go to the Apple Store. Yes my phone is knacked. Yes it is over 2 years old so I will have to pay £156 for a replacement. EXCEPT that's only at the managers discretion so they replaced it like for like for free!!!!!

Excellent customer support I think. I won't however be updating this iPhone to iOS 8...
