Lucky Golden Crowned Kinglet

Heard this little guy slam into the window, looked up to see Sophie pounce on him as he crashed to the deck. I ran out and told her to drop him, which she did. His head was bent back at an angle, his toes were up in the air so I thought he was dead. I kept watch but Sophie showed no more interest then I thought I saw a slight movement. He was still alive with his tail grasped in one claw, I couldn't get it free. Put him in a box to see if he recovered, ten minutes later he was up and ready to go.
