Leaves are down.... Winter is coming

I took a walk today. This past week has been very hectic and I had not noticed that the leaves are all down. It seems one minute they are gradually changing to golden and the next they crumble to dust under your feet.

I have started baking for Thanksgiving. Today I made three loaves of pumpkin bread. Pies come next and a macaroni and cheese casserole will be made Wednesday morning. (My grandmother's recipe.). Yum.
