Deep backbends used to scare me .... Then I realized that fear will overtakes you if you let it be in control... So let it go ...... And relax and convinced your mind and yourself that you CAN do it... There's nothing to loose..

If you can't get into the pose today, tell yourself that it's okay... Will try again next time... And give yourself a break... :)

Our body can do a lot of things beyond what we think... We just need our mind to be flexible and relax and convincing it..
