King Street Saturday

A small breakfast/lunch place on King Street, just north of the main intersection in Northampton. Its stools have been upside down on tables overnight. I stopped early this morning on the way to having my blood drawn for a physical exam. This is (I think) the third incarnation of the place in the last few years, despite its good location.

Davis Cup follow-up: Roger Federer and Stan Wawrinka won the doubles on the second day, over the French pair, in Lille. So Switzerland leads 2-1 over France, with two singles to be played tomorrow (it's 3 out of 5 matches in toto). For the full previous story, see the previous two days.

Both Marylee and I are now definitely rooting for the Swiss; they have never won the Davis Cup (and we're both fans of Roger Federer)--and I think the French have won the Cup nine times.
