After a life in spanish restaurants, he decided to go search his fortune in the new world. And then a world opened to him... instead of keep cooking for others, he set up a restaurants where all workers are all deaf. He adopted a number of children, and his giving work and opportunities to youngsters. Best of all, he gives us all development people a master lesson!
