Candy Making in Iceland

We decided to visit the first Christmas market this year. It is all they way in Reykholt, ca 140 km from here. It is more like a farmers' market where they sell handicrafts and local produce. This girl making candy reminded me of the fudge making in Bath.
We bought some goat meat and sweets made with dates. I also tasted whey, rhubarb juice, cheese, bread and goat meat.
