Spey

Early morning on the Spey , golden light and the mist lifting, after a hard overnight frost. Walked through the woods although loathe to lose the light and soon at the openness of the river bank. This is the first time this year that the 'frozen froth phenomena' has appeared. It shows on broken branches and twigs, usually lying on the ground. Where the sap has leached out, it freezes like flower fronds. Was going to blip this but went for the brightness of the day in November. Great day!
