John took this photo of me outside on the patio at Beechgrove. John reminded me that it was this time last year that I broke my hip. Although the fracture leaked long time ago I am still having physio for taking weight on my right leg.

Life here at the care home is OK. I watch a lot of TV. The staff are excellent as you will see from the blips I do of them. John comes to see me every day and the girls come every week from Glasgow. We go out often using my wheelchair car.
