Remembrance.....

Today has been a very sobering day and I dedicate this photo to the families and friends of the five young people so tragically killed in a car crash in Doncaster last Sunday evening.

Yesterday we learnt that one of those youngsters was the niece of the daughter and son-in-law of our dear friends Bob and Celia. Another was the best friend of their grandson and had been so since the age of three. That young man has lost a cousin and a best friend in one accident.

Tomorrow I will share this loss with our congregation at church and we will pray for some eventual peace for the families and children. It will take time to heal the huge loss but I do believe prayer makes a difference... and God cares.
