A nice day....

for ducks.... that was once a line from Topsy & Tim's Monday book. When it's marathon training I love the rain so no problem with it today and thoroughly enjoyed my run. It was vey wet on the way to Church however and these birds, all lined up on the bar, caught my eye. I've been learning about Hydrophobic technology for some product developments I've been working on and have been studying leaves and the wings of birds / ducks as research (they have hydrophobic characteristics). That's why these birds simply sit in the pouring rain as the rain water simply runs off their wings.
