Nanny Betty

This is my dear Nan who recently turned 97.

I don't get to see her much anymore and unfortunately she doesn't really know who I am but it was good going to see her today.

She pretty much lives on a diet of chocolate but who would blame her at her age.

She was married to the man who was awarded these Medals. She got engaged at seventeen, married at nineteen and they were very happy until my Granddad's death at the age of 80.
