Hotel Engel

It's a little early but this evening was my work's Christmas do but they called it the Endesjahressen (end of year food). We had dinner in the Hotel Engel in Loestal which was obsessed with all things angelic. The lightbulbs in the function room each had little pairs of wings and looked like golden snitches!

The dinner was good but sitting through the boss's speech and evening entertainment all in Swissdeutsch went over my head. I was pleased I understood one joke though!
