Game on!

I was kindly given a brace of pheasant & partridge yesterday by friends in West Linton so it looks like I finally have my chance to have a go at plucking & skinning - have wanted to try it for years!

They're currently hanging in the shed awaiting my ministrations in due course. No doubt there'll be a feathery blip to follow ...
