Mix the Christmas Pudding

Today being 'Stir Up Sunday' we made the Christmas pudding. 3 silver coins duly went into the mix along with a lot of good ingredients (brandy, Guinness, much dried fruit and nuts etc). Everyone had a stir and made a wish. Now this bad boy needs to be steamed for 8 hours and left to nicely mature for 4 weeks in the cellar.
