Lunch

Lunch: last night's leftover noodles and leftover soup, just out the fridge and ready to by microwaved into deliciousness! Prima!

Luckily it was an uneventful stint at work today and I managed to stay awake - sometimes a problem when the lights keep going out. And after my lunchtime feast I got cracking with the Christmas cake. It's just out the oven now after the 3 hours I reckoned it needed but I think it's had a wee bit too long 'cos it's cracked up a bit. That's OK though, just means it's a happy bake!
