Winter Flowering Jasmine

Although this is described as "Winter" flowering Jasminum nudiflorum, as you will read in my book on page 162, starts flowering in November, as indeed it is. Even on a depressing wet day on which I have recorded 42mm of rain, it still manages to brighten up a corner of the garden. As a Jasmine it is disappointing that it has no scent, but it will now flower on and off until March. Not bad for a shrub so easy to grow in most conditions.
