Change is as good as a rest

A trip over to the Princess Royal Hospital in Telford today for a chance to see how the lab there works compared to the Shrewsbury lab, just in case I'm needed over there to cover. it was good to get a different point of view and meet some new people...and a load of people I usually see everyday anyway.

At lunchtime I had a wander around and found my way into Apley woods. It's nice to have this right by the hospital, and I spent too much time chasing squirrels for a blip. It's definitely better than a few houses and a Co-Op at any rate.
I'll have to pay another visit next time I'm over there.
