Remains of the day

What's left from my lunch, devoured at 4.09pm!

The morning whizzed by in a blur of deadlines and meetings and other things I can't remember. Before I knew it most of the day had vanished.

Mind you it's better than yesterday. Somehow I managed to lose it altogether!
