Last day of the retreat!

The last day of the meditation retreat and here they all are trying to gather for the official photo op!

I was so happy to be taking part in at least the last morning of what sounds like an amazing retreat.....but after 2 full on days of being 'out there' in my extroverted persona....i had such a hard time calming the chaos in my head...it was like trying to reign in a herd of wild horses!!!!

It's all quiet now, everyone gone off to their own homes and the rest of their lives.....and we have enough left over food to feed us for the week!!!
