Water Drop

I had my son, his fiancee and her family over for an early Thanksgiving meal today..so I spent most of morning cooking and then the afternoon visiting. I just remembered that I had not taken a photo today for my journal so what to do? It was pouring rain outside in the dark and I knew there would be wet leaves so I took the Canon out, set it on auto because I am too tired to try to think about the setting for dark, wet, low light. Just get the wet leaves. Point and shoot moment. When I loaded the few photos, I found that sometimes it pays to not think. A big splash surprise!
