The last full day of our holiday and I wanted to return to Gatehouse of Fleet where we stayed 3 years ago.

A walk in the woods was followed by a visit to the 'Mill on the Fleet'. Last time we were here there was an excellent photo exhibition but today the upper floors (including the second hand bookshop) were closed. Still, we had a lovely coffee and scone and I found the perfect Christmas present for my brother.

Then a short drive to the wonderful Mossyard Bay .... much wilder than when we last visited. The camera got splashed too on this shot.
