Hells Pass

A sombre pic today. This is Hellfire Pass on the Thailand to Burma "Death Railway" where thousands of allied POW's and asiatic slave labour died in its construction. We also visited the war cemetery at Kanchanburi before moving on to our hotel by the River Kwai after a rail trip on the remains of the railway. Now stops in Thailand. Such beautiful scenery today.
