Quahogs
My dad introduced me to digging and eating these about 5 years ago and it's become one of the joys of my life. In the summer it's nice to take a skiff and go dig in the water, but in January scratching onshore is extreme enough. Lindsey hasn't developed a taste for them yet, but was a trooper and helped me dig a few dozen. They would cost at least $1 a piece in a restaurant and never taste any better than this. Hunt was more than happy to help me eat them over Dark n' Stormies.
