Carbonara and ceasar salad.........

after it was eaten!!

I forgot to take the before shot.

Didn't sleep very well last night at work, a few too many nightmares going through my head, alarm went off at 05:45. Cup of tea with Geoff then I went to de-ice the car at 06:45, popped to the garage for a bit of fuel, thought I might not be able to open the petrol cap, a large coffee, then back to work.

Few things happened that upset me, with colleagues, I think I have had enough of the bad communication that is going on and picking up the pieces. I spoke to the boss about it a little yesterday and a bit more today.

A couple of people who should have been in by 08:00, weren't in leaving me to run round doing their jobs, another colleague told me to 'hang on a minute, they had a difficult time coming into work!!' . Red rag to a bull, I don't shout or make a scene but I did say 'they should have left earlier', if we all took that attitude there would have been 16 participants, one instructor, one speaker and some assistants, wondering what on earth was going on and where to go. She also suggested I go home for a few hours, if only I could......

Sat at my computer with tears escaping, wanting to walk out.

I did speak to my boss later who was understanding, I hope, and had a word with two of them about communication and team work. Needless to say one of them then ignored me for the rest of the day, very grown up.

Sooner I am out of there next week the better. (Probably what they are thinking as well)
