UP ON THE ROOF

You are seeing for the first time someone about to be filmed - Ryan Cole - on top of Ireland's tallest building - the Obel Tower - overlooking Belfast, early this morning! The building will reach completion this summer.

This follows my post last evening and more details will unfold.

It was a busy and fascinating day.
