Starry night in Halden

We have been visiting our youngest son, Øyvind, this evening. He is attending college in Halden, a town some 120 km from Oslo. We and also managed to sneak in some serious Christmas shopping across the border to Sweden (where Norwegians go absolutely bananas for a good bargain). After all the heavy rain clouds the last few weeks, it was such a relief to see a clear and starry sky :-).
