Backyard wildlife

We have a number of these lizards running wild in our backyard keeping us "in touch" with nature. They are quite tame and we have them enter the house from our garage via the ten steps into the kitchen. My wife gets quite "excited" on these occasions and tends to take immediate action.
My philosophy is, just let them be as they will leave when they are ready the same way as they came.
This one appears to be about ready to add to the population judging by its swollen abdomen.
