After a morning of uni, I ran home to back up all my stuff for my reading break trip. It was Annabel's birthday today so in the evening we had a little party. The plan was to have a bonfire in the beach, but with winds of 90kmh we decided maybe tonight wasn't the best night for outdoor activities.

We got Annabel some local beer as a gift, and made her s'mores in a baking tray to try and make up for missing out on the bonfire.

After a bit if partying we headed down to the sub for some karaoke. We all of course got up and sang 22 with Annabel. Then a few of us headed down to the beach to watch the stars, the calm after the storm. We all got a bit chilly and ended up snuggled up inside of a giant octopus singing songs about the sea.
