Sisters are doin' it for themselves

Today is International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women so I am offering you a montage of pictures of some of the women in my life.
Sadly not all sisters are able to do it for themselves … We need to realise that violence against women and children is not something that happens behind closed doors within the homes of others that we, individually can’t do anything about. Violence against women and children is part of everyone’s attitude and the culture in which we live. We can change!
