Dock Tarn

Well, here we go starting a third year on Blip. Whether or not I continue to blip every day is a little open to debate but for now I will try.

Today we walked from Rosthwaite to Watendlath and on to Dock Tarn. It's a walk we have done several times. Today the tarn looked lovely in the gentle light but unfortunately I couldn't hang about to take pictures as I was with friends and was feeling a bit cold. I also didn't have my tripod with me.

This shot was taken from a spot where we stopped for lunch. I had an incident where I decided to take a short cut and sank up to mid calf in a peat bog. Jane had an incident involving her camera that I will leave her to tell you about.
